Actually, I'd forgotten how very satisfying it is to finish a garment. The difference blocking can make, turning some ordinary knitting into a smooth and shiny fabric. How the addition of sleeves can turn a tank top into something special: A jumper. (Oh yes, did I forget to mention that I'd found the missing ball enabling me to complete SP1 to plan.) Enjoying the familiarity of a favourite designer or the original style of a new friend while following a pattern through to completion. The marked reduction in bad language and essential retries during the finishing process.
I'm not sure for how long this roll will last but I am sure that I've "peaked" for this evening and, that if I continue for much longer, it could all go horribly wrong.
